I need help. One of my friends is a HUGE fan of Regina Spektor and she recently went to a concert to see Regina live. The day after the show my friend met Regina outside of a bathroom in a different city and took a picture with her. I thought it would be amazing if I could get this picture signed by Regina and give it as a gift. The problem is that I have no idea how I would even maybe get Regina Spektor to sign it. If anyone could give me advice it would be appreciated.
