This interview was recorded the day after Regina's performance of Blue Lips on Jools Holland. It likely wasn't released until now because of the record label's need to keep the then-unreleased songs under wraps.

During the session, five tracks from "far" were played: Laughing With, Blue Lips, Dance Anthem of the 80's, Folding Chair, and, The Calculation.

While dropping the f-bomb (and quickly apologizing), Regina revealed that The Calculation almost didn't make the list of songs on the album. I guess she felt that she had accomplished all that she needed with the new album. The Calculation, one of the newest songs she had written, was a last-minute song the producers decided to do. It was also Regina's first time "jamming".

She also talked about working with long-time producer, David Kahn, and we learned that Jack Dishel did backing vocals on "Human of the Year", which turned out beautifully. Here's the entire interview for you:

Couldn't someone please make a list of all of the Radio and TV performances Regina will make and has made recently!
